Privacy notice

Who we are

AGVS Enterprises Private Limited (CIN U18109MH2014PTC254355), 3B, 3rd Floor, D-Wing, Tex Centre, Narayan Plaza Compound, Chandivali, Powai, Mumbai 400072, decides how this personal data is used. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary. Scented Slogan, Xperience Hygiene and One Scent Club are brands of AGVS Enterprises Private Limited.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect:

• your name and email address
• your phone number, city and company, if you give them
• the topic you choose and your message
• the date and time you sent it

We do not ask for more than we need to reply. Please do not include sensitive details, such as financial or health information, in your message.

When you browse, Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. When you send an enquiry, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that it comes from a person and not a bot, and Cloudflare keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, to protect the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

We use your details only to:

• reply to your enquiry
• pass it to the team it is about
• follow it up if it leads to work together, a job application or a supply relationship
• keep this website secure and free of spam

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Your consent

We use your enquiry details because you tick the consent box before sending them. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@agvs.in. We will then stop using your details and erase them, unless the law requires us to keep them. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.

Who sees it

Your enquiry goes only to the team it is about: Scented Slogan, Xperience Hygiene, One Scent Club, careers, suppliers or our general team, all within AGVS Enterprises Private Limited.

Two service providers process it for us under our instructions: Cloudflare (website hosting, spam checks and visit counts) and Microsoft (Microsoft 365 email). They may store or process data outside India, with safeguards as Indian law allows.

We share personal data with anyone else only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If your enquiry leads to a business relationship or a job application, we keep the details for as long as that relationship needs them, and longer only where the law requires.

How we protect it

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Enquiries are delivered by email to the right team and are available only to the people who need them. We use reasonable security safeguards to prevent personal data breaches.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it
• correct, complete or update it
• erase it, unless the law requires us to keep it
• respond to a complaint about how we handled it

You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to do so.

To use any of these rights, email privacy@agvs.in. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act.

Children

This website is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, email us and we will erase them.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices or the law change, and show the new date at the top.
